Filippa Morfiadakis

Filippa has over ten years’ experience in business development and advocacy at the interface between the private, voluntary and public sectors, with a particular focus on civil society issues and social sustainability. Filippa has developed and run the non-profit organisation Boost by FC Rosengård, which has, among other things, brought thousands of young people into the Swedish labour market. She has spoken, advocated and advised on subjects related to the labour market, education and integration issues, cross-sectoral collaboration and the voluntary sector’s role as a welfare provider.

Filippa has studied service management, an interdisciplinary economic programme, at Lund University and media and communication studies at Malmö University. She holds a diploma as a sustainability business strategist and is trained in change management, disruptive business models and sustainable innovation.
